Andrew is an experienced and qualified quality, health, safety and environmental practitioner with vast experience in system development and auditing from small family businesses to large commercial companies. With over 300 audits for a 3rd Party JAS-ANZ accredited company, and a vast amount of experience as a PQC Auditor on the behalf of the Department of Justice (QLD Gov), Andrew is highly skilled in all aspects of WHS Auditing for organisations.
With extensive experience in technology implementation and management, stakeholder and change management, networking and process engineering, Andrew has the ability to provide clients with technically sound advice on a wide range of business issues.

Nic is well known and respected within our industry for his experience, expertise, and demonstrated track record for working with clients to imbed legislative, regulatory and best practice standards at both corporate and operational levels.
With a starting background in construction, Nic has gained extensive experience working on-site across a diverse range of industries, including construction, civil, renewable energy and professional services. Nic’s ability to foresee potential risk has ensured a high standard for workplace health and safety compliance onsite and has been the foundation for his success with the WHS field.
In addition to Nic’s consultancy services, he is appointed as a Federal Safety Officer by the Australian Government Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) conducting audits of companies seeking accreditation and companies currently accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme. As Manager - Systems & Support Services, Sasha has demonstrated her extensive experience in high-level administration, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, development and implementation of policy and procedure, as well as people management.
In-depth experience within the mining and construction industry has enabled her to develop an understanding and knowledge of the challenges facing companies when introducing and maintaining health, safety, quality and environmental management systems. Through her involvement in driving change and behavioural development, in organisations, companies are able to ensure compliance with its legislative requirements and commitment to a best practice approach.
Sasha specialises in tender writing on behalf of clients, with a high success rate in gaining project award for clients through ensuring a professional delivery of tender applications.

Paul specialises in environmental consultancy and has become integral to our health and safety operations and client relations alike. Drawing from a strong background of Local, State and Federal Government agencies, Paul has a comprehensive knowledge of environmental management. Having published several papers and presented to national conferences and forums, Paul is recognised by his peers as an expert in his field.
His knowledge and understanding developed through tertiary qualifications, years of industry knowledge and research enables him to ensure that clients are fully compliant with current environmental legislation, Codes of Practice and relevant Australian Standards.
Paul is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control and can develop a Certified Erosion and Sediment control plan for your project. Paul understands that each project is unique with its own challenges and can develop bespoke controls to meet compliance requirements.

Shannon’s early and ongoing interest in accident forensics is the foundation to her continued success in delivering key safety consultancy and audit services to clients undertaking high-risk construction activities. Shannon’s knowledge, qualifications, analytical approach and commitment to improving safety is continuously demonstrated by her work with clients on proactively reducing risks within the workplace.
With a Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety and a Bachelor of Accident Forensics, Shannon has gained extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of safety management systems for clients across the civil and construction sectors at private and local government levels. Jen brings a wealth of expertise to our team with a Master of Science (Advanced Process Engineering), Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) and Advanced Diploma of WHS. Jen specialises in expert advice and guidance on compliance and has a passionate approach to her work which is represented by the strong ongoing client relationships she has built.
With prior experience in global oil and gas facilities as a Safety Engineering Consultant, and Risk Management & Safety Consultant, Jen has worked closely with client managers, HSE representatives, technical directors and content experts to compile safety reports, risk assessments and undertake studies to ensure safe practices and legislative requirements are met. Jen has a practical approach to conducting critical reviews of management systems and gaining an in-depth understanding of current client processes to navigate complex activities to implement controls that align to legislative requirements and regulatory standards.

Natalie specialises in providing expert safety consultancy services to clients within the construction and transport industries throughout northern and western Australia. Natalie draws from her extensive knowledge and experience gained as a Workplace Health and Safety Senior Inspector for NT WorkSafe and Occupational Health and Safety Inspector Construction for WorkSafe WA across her 12-year career in government.
With an in-depth knowledge, understanding and investigation experience in compliance with legislative requirements across high-risk construction projects, Natalie assists clients in both understanding, complying and monitoring their obligations at state and federal levels. Natalie provides consultancy to clients from facilitating and leading discussions with management on safety performance, safety compliance, approach to safety and alignment with industry best practices to being appointed as the nominated HSEQ Lead / Manager for the organisation in a ongoing contracted role. Natalies firsthand experience as a government inspector enables her to successfully transition between jurisdictions, industries, changing priorities and work environments to meet client needs.

Josh has an in-depth working knowledge of legislation and compliance with a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Advanced Diploma in WHS and his experience as a practicing lawyer in Queensland bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and practical application in health and safety management.
With an education and understanding of legislation and the Australia legal system, Josh has a strong foundation in occupational health and safety practices, regulatory compliance and navigating the statutory frameworks to provide consultancy services across corporate and operational functions. Josh applies his knowledge to audit and map client management systems and their implementation within the workplace against relevant criteria, such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Identified gaps and findings are then delivered in a professional and practical manner that encourages stakeholders to further develop and mature their functions and transfer those findings into positive improvements.
